Houston Sailing has been chartering for over 10 years and has developed relationships with all of the major charter companies worldwide including Dream Yacht Charters, Navigare, Moorings, and Sunsail. We are not just a booking agency, we are experienced sailors who know the ins and outs of destination chartering. We Learn your interests and capabilities and find you the best fit for you and your guests. We help with your planning, your sailing itinerary, provisioning… everything to make your sailing vacation the absolute best experience.
Sailing Vacations
Houston Sailing offers crewed and bareboat charters around the world. We specialize in sailing vacations to the British Virgin Islands and can help plan and execute your dream sailing vacation
Flotillas
A couple of times a year we plan to go as a group to the islands. This is a great opportunity to experience chartering and possibly work your way into bareboat qualification. We open these flotillas up to the public and offer cabins on a large catamaran or monohull, depending on your preference. We always have instructors available so you can earn your certifications while basking in the beautiful Caribbean sun.Bareboat Charters
If you have sufficient knowledge, experience, and certifications, then you are ready to go out on your own and enjoy the freedom of bareboat chartering. Houston Sailing works with all of the major charter companies and will shop the market for you to find the perfect boat for you and your guests. We are especially familiar with the BVI and can make recommendations on where to go and what to do to make it the best sailing vacation ever!
Crewed Charters
If you are not ready to take a big boat out on your own… yet, or you just want to relax and have everything taken care of for you, then we can set you up with a local captain and even a chef. This is also an excellent option if you are new to chartering and just need some extra help. We will find the right captain to let you do as much or as little sailing as you are comfortable with.
